A photographic exploration of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows and the people who bring Meiji Jingu Stadium to life.
For more than a decade, I have returned to Meiji Jingu Stadium to watch the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
After experiencing the game from different parts of the stadium, I eventually found myself drawn to the outfield, where the supporters create the unique atmosphere that surrounds the team.
Tokyo Ondo is an ongoing photographic project about the passion, personalities, rituals and moments that make this community so distinctive.

東京ヤクルトスワローズと、明治神宮野球場を彩る人々を見つめる写真プロジェクト。
10年以上にわたり、私は東京ヤクルトスワローズの試合を見るため、明治神宮野球場に足を運んできました。
スタジアムのさまざまな場所から野球を見てきた中で、次第に惹かれるようになったのが外野席。そこには、ファンの応援がつくり出す、このチームならではの独特な空気があります。
**「東京音頭」**は、スワローズを取り巻くコミュニティの情熱、個性、応援の文化、そして試合の中で生まれるさまざまな瞬間を記録する、継続中の写真プロジェクトです。
